Financial Information

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

We also provide financing through CareCredit. Please ask our staff about the details and an application. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We ask to please cancel prior to 24-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment charge of up to $100.
